Transcription (General)
There are no hidden costs with my rates. The rate that I quote you will be per audio hour or minute and will include transcription, proofing, editing and delivering the final document(s). My rates are dependent on a few variables such as number of speakers, turn around time and the quality of audio. My rates are very competitive with the industry.
Single Speaker or One-On-One Interview:
$90/audio hour or $1.50/audio minute
24 hour TAT or Rush Jobs: $120/audio hour or $2.00/audio minute
Three or more voices, poor recording, technical language, strong accents:
$150/audio hour or $2.50/audio minute
24 hour TAT or Rush Jobs: $170/audio hour or $2.84/audio minute
Transcription (Medical)-
Negotiable – charged per line. Email me for a quote.
Editing (Medical or General)-
Negotiable – charged per line (Medical) or audio minute (General). Email me for a quote.
Word Processing – Copy typing from printed or handwritten documents (Academic Papers, Manuscripts, Manuals, Letters, Reports, etc)-
$3.00 per double spaced page
$3.50 per single spaced page
$4.00 per page that include table or graphs
Other Services-
Please contact me with details of services needed and I will provide you with a rate quote. Generally all other services are:
$30/hour billed at 15 min increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Quotes for rates and page counts are estimated. Final rate will be given at the end of project.
For large projects, a prepayment of 50% of the quoted rate is required.

Payment
I accept payment via PayPal or check.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Privacy
I respect and value the privacy of each of my clients. No information will be shared or sold to third parties. A signed agreement by both parties outlining details of each project, confidentiality, payment terms, etc., is required prior to starting services.
Digital voice files (dss, wav, mp3, etc.) can be transcribed. Digital files can be emailed to me or files can be transferred to me using SendThisFile available FREE on this site.
